    420272 - CHRISTOPHER SPARTZ BASKETBALL

    RAISING THE BAR SHOOTING CAMP
The first two weeks of August are incredible weeks to stop grinding and start perfecting your shot. Break the small details of your shot so you know it better than ever. Learn what makes your shot work, when it breaks down, and then learn how to fix it on the fly. Charts are compiled daily for visual evidence of improvement. Sign up for one week or save $$ and sign up for both! Trainers are there to help with a goal of 450 shots a days for each participant. The "Dr. Dish" Shooting Machine will be used throughout every single workout to ensure more quality repetitions in less time. Invaluable shooting workouts are incorporated where you learn everything about your shooting stroke and walk away with the confidence you need to be a shot maker. You will leave after these two weeks with your personal Tangible Chartable Growth chart.

    BLAZERS SUMMER ELITE LEVEL WORKOUTS
This summer basketball camp will create great habits through high level teaching of skills and techniques. Boys, 3rd thru 8th grade, will be challenged to excel to the next level. Our "Dr. Dish" Shooting Device will be used in every other workout to ensure quality reps and efficient workouts. This is not designed to be a 100-participant camp with high school age coaches. This camp was created upon request from Blazer families last year. It was a huge success because of the commitment of the players and their families to getting better. The times and dates do not conflict with LT or Nazareth basketball camps. We also encourage your boys to go to those camps for additional basketball skills training.

BOYS & GIRLS CSB TRAINING CAMP
*PLEASE NOTE: July 6th & 9th workouts will now be at 10:15-11:30am (original time was 12:30-1:45pm)
Whether you are trying out for the Blazers or Wildcats Travel Programs or simply want to get better, this is your chance to impress the coaches and trainers prior to tryouts. Improve your shooting, passing, ball handling and team play at the 5th Annual CSB Training Camp. It’s a week filled with basketball, friends and positive coaching. Includes special guest speakers, Strength & Conditioning Coach, talks & pictures with professional players.

    BOYS & GIRLS PRE-TRYOUT CLINIC
Make sure your skills are sharp for Blazers and Wildcats Tryouts. Tune up with the same trainers that will be running the tryouts. Show off your skills and work ethic prior tryouts. All drills and skills that will be run during tryouts will be introduced during the clinic to ensure familiarity with the trainers’ expectations and what they will be looking for in tryouts. Players will receive an official CSB tshirt.

JUST ADDED! LATE SUMMER LIL’ HOOPERS AND BALLERZ!

    LIL' HOOPERS
Let the first time your son or daughter pick up a basketball be with Christopher Spartz Basketball’s Lil’ Hoopers! This program is a great way to get acclimated with the premier basketball program of Western Springs at a young age. Designed for pre-school & kindergarten age children, these 45 minute clinics will provide a comfortable and fun group environment as participants learn the fundamentals of basketball. Each session will be overseen and run by a certified Christopher Spartz Basketball Trainer and focus on learning the game, skill development, and providing a structured, engaging environment to the children excited about the game of basketball.

    BALLERZ
The Ballerz workouts will be run by CSB elite trainers to ensure that the experience for your developing basketball player is positive and fun. In these formative years it is extremely imperative that your child receives the best teachers and learn the proper fundamentals in order to excel quicker. The sooner they see the gains, the more fun they have. Our points of Emphasis will be: Fundamentals 101; how to have fun playing the game; how to create great habits; sportsmanship and rules of the game.

    420668 - FENCING

This sport inherently practices social distancing.

Want to wield a sword? Enjoy competitive fun safely without "fighting". This class offers students the basic understanding of attack and defense in fencing. Learn a combination of moves to start developing your fencing game. Please read below for new equipment procedure. Register with family members or friends to increase the fun! Additional family members can receive a 50% discount when registering together. Instructor considers the height and ability of each fencer.

    New fencing equipment procedure:
--Fencing is one of the few sports that already practices social distancing. However, due to the contagious and asymptotic nature of novel coronavirus, fencers must choose to rent personal equipment for the session or to purchase their own basic set (est. $140). This is true even for additional family members who received 50% discount on registration fees.
--To rent a personal set of equipment, contact Fencing Sports Club on voice only number 630-678-0035 to share body size and then you will simply attend the first class of the beginner session.
--When you rent a set, no one is guaranteed perfect fitting club equipment. The set given to your fencer is at the discretion of the instructor. Safety in the sport of fencing is paramount.
--If you prefer to purchase a personal beginner set, the club is happy to quickly assist with ordering from Blue Gauntlet. Participant must attend first class with their new set in hand. At the end of session, you may have the club buy your equipment at 50% of purchase price.
