This is a multi-level class designed to incorporate functional training, increase muscular strength and endurance, improve balance, develop a functional core and enhance flexibility. Wear comfortable athletic shoes and be prepared to challenge your body and discover the fountain of youth.

Individual classes are $8.00 ($6.00 for Seniors 65+). Codes below are for monthly fees and for 10-class Punch Cards ($80.00 ($60.00 Seniors 65+)).
