Itís a proven fact that weighted/resistant work-outs not only improve the appearance of your body, as well as develop and maintain a strong muscular system, but also enables it to burn more fat naturally. This is a multi-level class designed to incorporate functional training, increase muscular strength and endurance, improve balance, develop a functional core and enhance flexibility. Wear comfortable athletic shoes and be prepared to challenge your body.
No classes in July.
August classes daily fee or punch card only.
