Let us help you become toned and strong as we focus on toning and firming all of your muscles. Participants will learn the correct way to warm-up, stretch, and condition the major muscle groups. Xertubes tubes and small weights will be provided. Bring a mat and water bottle to class. Aerobic shoes are recommended.
