Details:
Learn the basics of casting a fly rod and the effective strategies needed to catch fish. Fly rod, reels and line are provided for the class sessions. Fly fishing increases attention span, concentration, motor skills and the appreciation in the beauty of natural ecosystems. A National Park ethic of ‘leaving only footprints’ and stream etiquette will also be discussed. An optional, post-class local fishing outing may be arranged privately/separately with the instructor. Children 10+ can register with parent (for same fee as adult).
ALL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED.

AN OPTIONAL POST-CLASS LOCAL FISHING OUTING MAY BE ARRANGED PRIVATELY/SEPARATELY WITH THE INSTRUCTOR.

CHILDREN 10+ CAN REGISTER WITH PARENT (FOR SAME FEE AS ADULT).
