| Details: | PEEWEE VOLLEYBALL This is an introductory class for children in 1st-3rd grade. The lesson plan introduces the pass, set and spike using a very light volleyball. This class will improve each child’s hand-eye coordination and left/right coordination through the use of fun drills and games. Lesson plan also incorporates short educational drills including spelling, math and science. JUNIOR VOLLEYBALL SKILLS & DRILLS Improve your volleyball skills with 60 minutes of drills in setting, passing, overhand serving and spiking. The lesson plan directs the use of self-mastery training and groups that help each student reach a new level. You will also develop a good understanding of each position on offense and defense. Instructors organize short games at the end of each class.
